I cannot consult Fleet Management applications via Links widget

You are using Chrome version 80 or 81 and have experienced a problem viewing with Fleet Management applications referenced in the Links widget.

We are currently working on the resolution of this issue, in the meantime please use these temporary solutions:

  • Use an other browser.
  • or manage Google Chrome settings by following steps bellow.

Check the version of Chrome you are using

1- At top right of Chrome click on 3 points / click « Help » / click « About Google Chrome »

Settings page appear with the Google Chrome version.

  • If the version is Chrome 80 or 81, please follow the step bellow.
  • If it is not, please open a case via ASK widget.

Change options in Chrome

1- In the link bar copy / paste this link in Google Chrome:

chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies

2- In the search bar indicated "samesite", SameSite by default cookies appear

3- Select "Disabled"

4- Click on "Relauch"
