How View and Organize my Inquiries
1- Organise my Widget
Ø Click on a column header to sort
Ø ID in descending order
Ø Click and drag a column header to change position
2-Switching Views - My Submitted vs My Company Inquiries
Ø My Submitted Inquiries (default view)
Ø All open inquires submitted since Nov 2015 by myself
Ø Default view shows « All Open » inquiries
Ø My Company Inquiries
Ø all open inquiries submitted since Nov 2015 for the Company(ies) I am associated with
3-Organising my Inquiries - Open Filter tab or Customise Widget Columns
Ø Click on the Settings ‘Cog’ / Settings / Filters
Ø Switch tabs to Customize Columns
4-Organising my Inquiries - Customize Columns
Ø Add, Delete or Move columns for each view
Ex: ‘My Submitted Inquiries’, ‘Expanded’ view
Ø Click on the left hand list to add a column to your widget
On the right hand list:
è Click on the column title and drag to change column sequence
è Click on the ‘X’ to delete a column from your widget
5- Use Filter tab to filter on Status and / or Time Period
Ø Status
Ø Time Period
Click Save to apply choices.
6- Use the top nav filter bar to filter on Engine Model
Ø In this example, we filter on CFM56-XX in order to show all cases referencing this engine model
Ø Please note that selecting a specific ESN in the top nav has no impact on the inquiries displayed in your widget.
7- Clear Filters
Ø ‘Clear Filters’ removes ALL Filters.
Ø Check and Clear if necessary all filters in the Top Nav
Ø Widget can display all inquiries submitted since Nov 2015 (max 3 years)
8- Export Widget Data
Ø ‘Export’ generates a .csv file of ‘My Company Inquiries’
Ø Any filters selected are applied
Ø You can choose which columns you want to Export
