How Add Inquiry

1-Add Inquiry

 Ø  Click on ‘+ Add Inquiry’ to create a new CSC Inquiry



Ø  Select the theme of your inquiry

Ø  Or click on a previously saved draft


2- Enter Information

Ø  All information is requested in one screen

Ø  Start with ‘General Data’

Ø  Some fields are already completed

Ø  * = mandatory field


Ø  Scroll down to enter specific information associated with the Inquiry Type

Ø  Enter any specific information

Ø  Free text field for detailed problem description


Ø  Add related documents (10MB max)

Ø  Edit the Transmission List if required

Ø  Not quite finished? Click on ‘Save as Draft’


Ø  All done? Click on ‘Submit’

Ø  Loading time depends on the size of files


3- Working from a draft

Ø  Click on ‘+ Add Inquiry’ to open the list of drafts


 Ø  Choose from your list of saved drafts in the ‘Saved Forms’ tab, click to open and continue editting


4- View a specific inquiry

Ø  First list the inquiries you wish to consult in your widget – example below

Ø  Filter Status = ‘Waiting for Additional Customer Information’

Ø  Sort = Submit Date ascending


Ø  Or search for your inquiry by ID, Customer Reference, Status, Title, Description, Submitter’s Name, ATA, ESN, Part Number, Part Serial Number


5- Can’t find a specific inquiry?

Ø  The Engine Model filter in the top nav filter will filter the inquiries displayed in your widget.  If you can’t find a specific inquiry, don’t forget to check your top nav!


6- View Inquiry Details

Ø  Click on the inquiry to view more detailed information including all information submitted plus full comment history

Ø  Key data at top of screen

Ø  Click here to view all attached documents


Ø  Click on the chevron to see CSC responses in Comments 


7- Add a comment to any active Inquiry

 Ø  Click on ‘Add Comment’


Ø  Enter comment (mandatory)

Ø  Add additional documents (optional)


8- Drop Inquiry

Ø  You can choose to drop an inquiry at any time


Ø  Click Submit to confirm action


9- Re-open a closed inquiry

Ø  Click on the inquiry you want to re-open


Ø  Click ‘Re-open’


Ø  Select your revision cause

Ø  Confirm


Ø  A new form is generated for you to complete

Ø  The following fields are taken from the closed inquiry

Ø  Requestor information

Ø  Title

Ø  ESN

Ø  Transmission list
