Following the notification, an important IT maintenance must perform.
User impacts : Intermittent myCFMportal access, disconnection and error messages.
Please find below all the necessary information for a limited service applicable to SA Zone.

In order to facilitate best support from CSC for AOG situation request:
Call CSC Team to confirm your request is being handled
Download in advance and use AOG request form available on MyCFM portal to ensure all mandatory information is provided:

Search for “AOG LOG CSC request template” for LEAP and CFM56

Use specific format in the title of your email : LOG or TECH / Engine Type / ESN / Customer name / topic (optional)
As well, should it be possible, we recommend to anticipate or postpone at your convenience all Workstoppage and Routine priority requests around those dates.
2-Technical Documentation
In order to be able to consult the technical documentation, we recommend to download and install the virtual DVD (offline consultation) prior to scheduled maintenance. We recommend anticipating this action as downloading may requires substantial time.
To help you in this action, please consult the user guide detailing all the steps for downloading and then to install. The video tutorials are also available into myDownload widget to guide you with myTechPub viewer.

1-Click on “New search”

2-Select an engine model
3-Unfold the treeview by clicking on “Technical Publication” and then the engine model.
The “DVD HELP” or « Help – my TechPub viewer Installation Guide » section is displayed,
4-Select there and click “Search”

The result window opens,
5-Select the document and download it.

Once the download is complete, consult the user guide containing the necessary information to download the technical documentation in virtual DVD version and to install it.
