Password renewal rules
Your password is valid for 180 days. After this period, you will receive a notification to update it in order to ensure the continuous functioning of your account. If you do not update your password within the specified time will result in the suspension and subsequent deletion of your account.
You will be informed via several notification send by no-reply@safrangroup.com.
5 notifications will spread out over 30 days before account suspension. At this stage your account will be active but you must renew your password.
2/ Notification - Account inactivity
1 notification will send before account removal. At this step you will no longer be able to connect to myCFMportal. You will be able to reactivate your account from myCFMportal by changing your password to re-access to myCFMportal.
How renew my password ?
Your account has been suspended, you can reactivate it from the link in the notification or directly via the myCFMportal, as shown below:
Then follow the procedure "How do I reset my password?" from step 3.
3/ Permanent Removal of the account
There is no notification when the account is deleted. After 24h, you can request a new account to your local administrator or your Customer Support Manager.
In case of new myCFMportal access request after deletion, no history will be available. Creating an account can take up to 7 days.
